Joining forces for SCOPES Marseille, filmmakers François Valenza and James Ruffato presented ‘Incandescence’: a captivating and dreamlike video portrait of artist Amandine Guruceaga. This latter unveiled a series of previously unseen works for the event, showcasing her unique techniques of material transformation and metamorphosis. Drawing inspiration from the theme of reincarnation, Valenza and Ruffato infused their production with a refined and poetic aesthetic, accentuating the complexity of Guruceaga's artistry at work.
